Understanding Your Period. Understanding Your Body.
At Mogra Rescue Centre, the FemiLove team had an empowering session with the teenage girls, focusing on period hygiene and the hormonal changes that happen before, during, and after the menstrual cycle.
From understanding what your body is going through to practicing proper menstrual hygiene, knowledge helps girls feel confident, prepared, and comfortable throughout their cycle.
Because every girl deserves to understand her body and have the right information to care for it.
