If you feel guilty about being tired because your life is "good"...
I want you to read this carefully:
"I have no right to complain. My life is good."
"My partner tries so hard. What's wrong with me?"
"I should be grateful, not exhausted."
These thoughts keep you stuck.
Because here's the truth:
• Gratitude doesn't prevent burnout.
• A great partner doesn't prevent burnout.
• A good life doesn't prevent burnout.
Burnout happens when you've been running on empty for too long. It can happen in ANY life — including one that looks like success.
You're not failing at having a good life. You're just depleted. And that's not a character flaw. It's something you can address.
I created a free 2-minute self-assessment that helps you see where you actually are — without guilt, without judgment.

Who's on your priority list?
✓ Your partner
✓ Your kids
✓ Your aging parents (sandwich generation, anyone?)
✓ Your work
✓ Your friends who need you
Now look again.
Where are YOU on that list?
"I don't even know what I want anymore."
"I feel like I'm losing myself."
You've been the rememberer. The anticipator. The one who holds it all together. You've been running a marathon while everyone thinks you're on a casual walk.
But if you've been waiting for someone to notice that you're drowning — for someone to give you permission to put something down — let this be that moment.
You're not asking for too much by wanting to be cared for.
You're not weak for being tired.
You're not failing because you can't keep doing this.
Valentine’s may have passed, but the invitation still stands: what would it look like to give yourself the same love you so freely give to everyone else?
I created a free 2-minute self-assessment that helps you see what you've been carrying.

✨✨✨ Decision Detox Challenge ✨✨✨
*A Reset for Mental Clarity & Energy*
❓Why Do It?
Every day you make hundreds of micro-decisions that drain your brainpower - leaving you stressed, distracted, or exhausted. Decision detox helps you reclaim clarity by cutting down unnecessary choices so that you focus only on what matters most during your busy week. Preempt decisions by planning ahead.
🗒️ 1: Clear the Clutter
- Identify 3 categories of decisions that drain you (e.g., meals, wardrobe, digital notifications).
- Choose one to automate or simplify (e.g., same breakfast all week).
✨ Focus on removing friction from your day-to-day.
📚 2: Batch the Basics
Pick one area (meals, errands, emails) and batch decisions for the week:
- Meal prep on Sunday.
- Answer emails at set times instead of all day.
- Run errands in one trip.
✨ Reduce “on-the-spot” choices.
⏩ 3: Delegate & Delete
Write down 5 decisions you make regularly that someone else could do.
- Delegate at least 1 this week.
- Delete 1 task/decision entirely (e.g., stop monitoring a WhatsApp group, unsubscribe from a newsletter).
✨ Not every decision is yours to carry.
✔️ 4: Prioritize the Big Three
- Each morning, decide your Top 3 priorities for the day.
- Let everything else be “bonus wins.”
- At night, reflect: Did focusing on 3 help you feel calmer and clearer?
✨ Direct your decision-making energy where it matters most.
🗓️ 5: Design Your Default Settings
Create default choices for recurring situations:
- “Tuesday = workout day.”
- “I say no to meetings before 10am.”
- “Herbal tea, not coffee, after 3pm.”
✨ Default rules prevent daily re-deciding. Your brain loves predictability. Give it some relief.
💡Reflection at the end of the week
* Which decisions felt lighter once simplified?
* What routines or defaults will you keep?
* How did your stress and energy levels shift?
