2 x 100g Aussie beef patties smashed onto thinly sliced onions and pickled jalapeños on the flat top.

Double American cheese, dill pickles, our burger sauce, a good whack of French onion dip and a handful of crunchy potato crisps.

All jammed into a toasted brioche bun.

We’ve made it through COVID, the ups and downs, and just about everything else the world has thrown at us.

But somehow, here we are. Still pouring b**rs, still serving food and still doing what we love.
