Just wanted to post this.
β including ME ππ
Always speak kindly to yourself. π
No matter how difficult life feels right now, please remember to be gentle with yourself.
You donβt have to have everything figured out.
You donβt have to be strong every single day.
Itβs okay to feel tired, to feel lost, to pause, and even to start again.
Talk to yourself the way you would talk to someone you deeply care aboutβwith patience, understanding, and love.
Remind yourself:
βIβm doing my best.β
βI will get through this.β
βI may not see the way yet, but I trust myself to find it.β
Life will have difficult chapters, but a difficult chapter doesnβt mean itβs a difficult life.
Keep going. Keep believing. And above all, keep being kind to the person who has been with you through everythingβYOU. ππ

A Message of Hope π
What makes Louise Hayβs story so powerful is that she didnβt teach only from booksβshe shared what she had lived through.
She faced trauma, rejection, loss, and illness, yet she chose to turn her pain into a message of self-love, healing, and hope.
Her story reminds us:
Your past may be part of your story, but it does not have to define your future.
If you are struggling today, be gentle with yourself. Keep going. Your story is not over yet. β€οΈ
Sometimes, the greatest strength is simply choosing to begin again.

Let them choose someone elseπ
βFreedom Beyond Conditioning β
Different perspectives are often viewed differently by society.
Yet, true wisdomβregardless of its sourceβinvites us to reflect more deeply.
OSHO is one of those voices.
While not accepted by everyone, some of his ideas offer meaningful insights into awareness, freedom, and conscious living.
We grow up learning what is βright,β what is βacceptable,β and what is βexpected.β
Over time, these ideas become part of us.
We follow themβnot always because we believe in them, but because they have been repeated so often that we no longer question them.
Norms give structure to society.
But without awareness, they can quietly shape how we think and act.
OSHO teaches a simple but powerful truth:
- Not everything we follow is truly ours.
- Awareness is where real freedom begins.
The real question is not whether norms are right or wrongβbut whether we are choosing them consciously.
- Do we believe this?
- Or have we simply accepted it?
As educators and parents, this matters even more.
We are not here to raise followers.
We are here to raise thinkersβindividuals who can question, understand, and choose with awareness.
Because in the end, freedom is not about breaking normsβit is about no longer being unconsciously controlled by them.

The smell of printed books brings back my childhood memories. I remember waiting for my mom to come home, and the joy of receiving new books.ππ

Buddhism does not teach you to stop loving.
It does not ask you to become cold, distant, or detached from life.
What it gently points to is something far more subtle β and far more freeing.
πͺ· Love deeply, without clinging.
πͺ· Care fully, without chains.
This is where many people get confused.
β¨ Love is open.
β¨ Attachment is tight.
Love says: βI want you to be happy, even if that happiness doesnβt include me.β
Attachment says: βI need you to stay, or I cannot be okay.β
Love is rooted in abundance.
Attachment is rooted in fear.
π Love flows.
βοΈ Attachment grips.
When love is present, there is trust, space, generosity, and peace.
When attachment takes over, love becomes mixed with control, anxiety, expectation, and suffering.
Buddhist wisdom teaches that suffering arises not because we care β
but because we cling to people, roles, outcomes, and identities as if they are permanent.
π We cling to people as if they will never change.
π We cling to moments as if they can last forever.
π We cling to relationships as if losing them would destroy us.
And when life inevitably changes β as it always does β pain is born.
This does not mean you love less.
It means you love more wisely.
π§ββοΈ Love without possession.
π§ββοΈ Care without control.
π§ββοΈ Presence without fear of loss.
When you release attachment, love actually becomes purer.
It breathes.
It softens.
It heals instead of hurting.
π± Freedom is not found by pushing love away.
π± Freedom is found by letting love exist without chains.
Love fully.
Hold lightly.
Live without clinging.
That is not detachment from life β
β¨ that is intimacy with life, without suffering. β¨
