On World Ranger Day, we celebrate the courage, commitment, and dedication of the rangers who work tirelessly to protect Cambodia's wildlife and natural landscapes.

A wonderful day trip from Phnom Penh is a visit to Phnom Tamao Wildlife Rescue Centre. Internationally recognized for its rescue, rehabilitation and conservation work, the centre is home to rescued Asian black bears and Malayan sun bears, two species native to Cambodia. Beyond the bears, Phnom Tamao is home to many other rescued wildlife species, making it one of Cambodia's most important conservation sites.

Currently on exhibition at Plantation Urban Resort & Spa until the end of July, Teang Borin’s paintings capture the beauty, grace, and vitality of Khmer classical dance.

Known professionally as Din, he portrays dancers through expressive acrylic colours, elegant gestures, and imaginative backgrounds, sometimes bringing together two powerful symbols of Cambodian culture: classical dance and Angkor Wat.
