For over a decade, my heart beat too the rhythm of Cambodia. It was a chapter of my life defined by unbelievable adventure, vibrant energy, humid mornings, and life lessons that fundamentally reshaped who I am entirely. But last August, while standing on a ridge overlooking the wilderness of the Blue Mountains in New South Wales, something stirred. I felt a deep, undeniable pull back to this ancient land, and I realized just how deeply my soul is anchored in Australian soil. After all these incredible years abroad, I have chosen to stay.

​My time in the Kingdom was nothing short of transformative, and much of that is thanks to the team at The Little Red Fox Espresso. You are my family. You taught me that life isn’t found in the coming weeks or months, but in exactly what is in front of us right now. I learned to slow down, to breathe, and to truly be in the moment I am already in. I am stepping away now not because I am finished, but because I believe in you wholly. You are resilient and ready to shine as the true heart of everything we built together.

To every client and guest who ever walked through our doors, sat at the share table downstairs, or found shade under the Ficus trees on the porch... Thank you. Your loyalty through the highest peaks and the lowest valleys has moved me beyond words. You proved to me that hospitality is a sacred thing, a rare chance to create a space where strangers become friends and we can simply be human with one another.
