Dry skin can create wrinkles, so it’s important to keep it hydrated. Coconut contains many essential nutrients and vitamins for the skin. Grate a raw coconut and squeeze the milk out of the pulp. Apply the liquid to your face and let sit for 20 minutes. Rinse your face with warm water. Skin will be soft, supple, and radiant!

Vitamin C acts as an antioxidant and helps your skin repair itself from the effects of pollutions and sun damage. It can help reduce the appearance of dark spots and can help fade acne scars. It also helps prevent premature aging by stimulating the growth of collagen. This treatment is great for all skin types.

Hyaluronic acid is naturally found in the skin, connective tissues, eyes, and joints. It helps give structure to the skin, repairs tissue, and lubricates the joints.
The highest amount of hyaluronic acid in the body is found in the skin. It's a major component of the extracellular matrix, which is the gel-like material that surrounds your skin cells. It's vital in keeping the skin hydrated.
With my Hydrating Facial I use this natural substance to help promote hydrated skin leaving the skin looking more plumped therefore smoothing your fine lines and wrinkles for a more youthful look.

Could Dairy contribute to Acne?
Dairy is mucous-forming and difficult to digest (thus, why so many people are lactose intolerant). Sometimes, a side effect of that blow to the digestive system can arrive in the form of cystic acne or hard, painful bumps under the skin. "The hypothesis is that since the majority of milk in the U.S. comes from pregnant cows (and some cows are given growth hormones), the hormone levels in milk may play a role in excess sebum production, which promotes acne."
The ideas is that when the hormones in milk react with your own body's cocktail of testosterone and hormones, your sebum production skyrockets. "The process, along with increasing inflammation, worsens or flares acne pimples." So if you're already breaking out (say, due to stress or travel or your period), dairy could make it worse.
