So the other day, I realized the notifications were saying persons were liking a particular photo and I was confused, and was like, “when did I do this look, it’s not recent.”

When I opened up the photo, (bottom pictures), it said 2025. I said, “oooh!”🤭 It’s then I realized the similarities to that of 2026 (top pictures) - it’s safe to say, she absolutely love the color Yellow 🙌🏾💛

- I then decided to do a side by side comparison.
-I saw improvements, I saw growth, I saw intentionality, I saw passion.. And I was proud. 👑

- I’m making this post to also highlight that comparison to others is indeed a thief of joy. BUT FURTHER MORE, A TRIGGER TO OUR MENTAL HEALTH. In this field of work, and any business really, Competitive Market is sometimes a thing but should never be a thing that hinders Passion and Progress to flow. Find your lane and keep it moving, it’s not a drag race.. go at your own pace and goal. Comparing ourselves to others is a loss within itself.

- When we create our own playing field, our own rules, our own goals, being the player and the coach, knowing that challenges come to shape character and sharpen skills, why bother identifying anything as losing or being behind?!

- Compare the version of you and your work then to now and bask in your big and small wins.

- Everything is a process, and our perception of our reality dictates how we progress! 💛✨
