Save this simple recipe to make Tteokbokki also known as Korean Rice Cakes! I pretty much eye ball all the ingredients. I simmered the rice cakes, rinse them under cold water, added more water to the pan, the gochujang, butter, soy sauce, brown sugar, cheese, soft boiled egg and furikake.
