💙 Alliance Phanthamit Group is looking for a talented, creative, and results-driven Marketing Manager (Digital & Offline Marketing) to join our growing team!

We are seeking a strategic marketing professional who can drive brand awareness, lead marketing campaigns, and support business growth across both digital and traditional channels.

💼 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

✅ Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and annual marketing plans.

✅ Lead digital marketing activities across Facebook, TikTok, websites, CRM, and other platforms.

✅ Plan and manage offline marketing campaigns, events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

✅ Manage the marketing team, monitor performance, and ensure KPI achievement.

✅ Strengthen brand positioning, product promotion, and customer engagement.

✅ Analyze market trends, campaign performance, and customer insights to improve marketing effectiveness.

✅ Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, and other departments to achieve business objectives.

🎯 QUALIFICATIONS

🔹 Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, including 1–2 years in a leadership or management role.

🔹 Strong knowledge of both Digital Marketing and Offline Marketing.

🔹 Proven skills in strategic planning, branding, campaign management, and market analysis.

🔹 Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.

🔹 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant digital marketing tools.

🔹 Experience in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, beauty, or FMCG industries is an advantage.
