As I promised, here is what you should do to lessen your cellulite or if you’re lucky, to avoid it all together

instead of skipping meals EAT healthy know your body micros ( fat/ carbs/ protein)

One should not skip meals if one is trying to boost his or her metabolic rate.

Skipping meals does not help in losing weight or in boosting one’s metabolism. Avoiding food will tire you soon, deny the body the energy it needs and this in turn will lower the metabolic rate.

Especially breakfast, which is to be considered the most important meal of the day.

This is because the metabolic rate is highest in the mornings and declines towards the evening. Which lowers the metabolic rate.

SO LADIES WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO START YOUR GLUTE WORKOUT?

The first thing you need to do is make sure the hamstring and lower back are nice and loose.
Start off with a few sets of LIGHT hamstring curls and foam roller if its available.

first things first, get your calories and macros in order.
If you don't know what your eating each day then you have to learn how to adjust.
If your eating randomly then you're not thinking about it.
If you're not thinking about it then you don't care.
If you don't care then it's not much of a goal.
you should know what your next meal is before you eat.
the portions, the measure meant, and the reason why you are eating those food.
