At GreenLife, we believe food is medicine. We offer personalized plans and products designed to support a healthier lifestyle.

Since 2009, we’ve been helping individuals improve their health through functional nutrition that supports the body naturally. At GreenLife, we believe that food is medicine. Founded in 2009, we have spent over 16 years helping individuals and families manage their health, prevent illness, and improve their quality of life through nutrition. Our approach goes beyond short-term fixes,we focus on functional health, addressing the root cause of imbalances and supporting the body naturally, rather than relying solely on medication. After 17 years of experience abroad, GreenLife is now proudly established in Lebanon, bringing with it a unique concept and a new way of understanding how the body works. We believe that each body is different, and therefore each health journey should be personalized. There is no one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to nutrition and well-being. Through years of study and hands-on experience, we have unlocked key nutritional principles that help the body achieve balance and harmony. Our work is not limited to weight loss,it extends to improving energy levels, immunity, digestion, and overall lifestyle by understanding how food impacts each individual case. At GreenLife, we do not believe in calorie counting. Instead, we focus on food quality, nourishment, and real, sustainable change. We offer personalized meal plans as well as a range of healthy products, all designed to support long-term wellness. Our home-cooked meals are carefully prepared and delivered right to your door, making healthy living both accessible and practical. Our programs, including our detox plans, are thoughtfully tailored to meet different needs and expectations. They are designed to support the immune system, reset unhealthy habits, and help you reconnect with your body through clean, functional nutrition. Our diets are lactose- and yeast-free, allowing you to enjoy food while supporting your health naturally. Welcome to the healthy side of life ,where food works with your body, not against it.

🍂 THE FIRST RAIN — Our Fall Menu is here.
Eight new creations, made for those who love eating healthy without letting go of the cozy feeling of fall.

This drop is a little different from what we usually do. We’ve spent countless hours working, testing, refining, and perfecting every detail — from the taste to the quality — to make sure every bite feels just right.

And this is only the beginning.

The First Rain launches tomorrow on Toters, WhatsApp, and at our Rabieh branch.

Eight products. A whole new season. And just the first drop.

Stay tuned… the Winter Menu is coming next. ❄️🤎

BACK TO ROUTINE: That 4 PM craving might not have started at 4 PM.

Research shows that sleep restriction can increase hunger, snack intake, and preference for sweeter foods. In one meta-analysis of randomized trials, restricted sleep was linked to roughly 253 extra calories consumed per day.

Sometimes, the next day starts the night before.

A little look back at last week’s MatMaiden JiuJitsu event 💚
Proud to have been part of a community that brings together movement, wellness, and a genuine love for healthy living.

From yoga and jiu-jitsu to dance, we loved being there to fuel the day with fresh, healthy bites and good food shared with good people.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, shared a moment, and made the day what it was.

Here’s to more movement, more connection, and more ways to live well. 🌿
