As this incredible journey in Taiwan comes to an end, my heart is filled with gratitude. 🇹🇼🇱🇨✨

A heartfelt thank you to TaiwanICDF and everyone who made this cosmetology training program possible. This experience has allowed me to strengthen my skills, gain new knowledge, experience Taiwanese culture, and build beautiful connections that I will carry with me.

Special thanks to the National Skills Development Centre (NSDC) of Saint Lucia for granting me this opportunity. As a former NSDC student, being selected for this training is a beautiful reminder that the foundation NSDC provided can continue to impact our lives and careers many years later.

My sincere appreciation also goes to the Embassy of the Republic of China (Taiwan) in Saint Lucia, His Excellency Dr. Robert Lewis, Ambassador of Saint Lucia to Taiwan, and his assistant, for their support and for ensuring that Saint Lucia was proudly represented throughout this experience. 🇱🇨

I leave Taiwan with much more than new cosmetology techniques — I leave with greater knowledge, renewed inspiration, new friendships, cultural experiences and memories that I will cherish forever.

I look forward to bringing what I have learned back home to Saint Lucia, applying it within my profession and sharing my knowledge so this opportunity can impact others as well.

As part of our Beauty and Salon Services Training in Taiwan 🇹🇼✨, we had the wonderful opportunity to visit PROJ. SCENCE, where we explored the creative world of fragrances, perfumes and tea. 🌿🌸

We learned about different types of teas and how they are prepared, as well as the art of perfume making—experimenting with and blending different scents to create our very own unique fragrances. 🌺🫖✨

It was such an interesting hands-on experience that added another creative dimension to our training and gave us a greater appreciation for the art of scent, wellness and personal care. 💕

Today’s class was all about creativity, culture, and artistic expression! 🎨✨ We explored Asian makeup application techniques and the beautiful art of body painting. It was an exciting hands-on experience that allowed us to learn new skills, experiment with colour, and bring our creative ideas to life. 💄🖌️🇱🇨🇹🇼
