Zanetta's Hair Salon has been in operation for over 14 years. The salon is now located in Bois D Orange, Gros Islet, Saint Lucia near Maurys Bar and Gril. The services offered are: Relaxers, texturizers, hair highlights, hair coloring(permanent, semi permanent),treatments, hair cuts, wash and styles, rod sets, pedicures, manicures and of course our well known, weaving. ctor of this hair salon, started hair-dressing at the age of 14, as one of my most loved after school activities and continued on a Saturday when there was no school. I was first exposed to Angel's Beauty Salon which was located upstairs Steve's Barbershop. Then with Head Masters and Essence of Beauty. My passion for hair-dressing grew when i realized it was really a gift/talent that the Almighty blessed me with and I remember my father at an early age of 7years saying to me that this is what I will become when its my time for the working world. In 2008 I was employed with Almond Smugglers Cove where i offered my hair-dressing services to the weddings department. I was also hired to work with the Carnival Queen show for Castries which was great exposure for me. I worked with Cleorna, Glenda Abbot, Kershara Williams, Cathy David, Ciaria John and Consuelo Dupal. This year I also worked with the Gros Islet Queen Show assisting a few young ladies showcasing their talent where i did their hair.Donna Antole, Francilia & Marianic. I was also a sponsor for Consuelo Dupal's hair when she attended the Miss Caribbean Pageant. There are so many advantages and disadvantages of being a self-employed hair-dresser. Being in that field of work, you never know what to expect on busy days or the season. Therefore it has taught me to become a bit more patient, understanding and open-minded, because you meet several , different clients with different personalities. The best thing that has happened to me so far is the fact that i never gave up. Disappointments, challenges that we all encounter made me stronger. Where I would love to see myself in hair-dressing is being a fully certified hair-dresser for one of the schools in the UK where i got my weaving experience from and to often attend hair shows out of my home town, workshops round the Caribbean, be on a Caribbean magazine, speak about hair-dressing and grooming of which I have already attended in St Lucia with the help and support from the client Consuelo Dupal. The sky is the limit for me because I believe that in growing and becoming a successful hairdresser achieving my business goals and having and maintaining a standard for my business.

Zanetta's Hair Salon offers pedicures which is served with tea, coffee, infused water or wine.

A pedicure is a cosmetic treatment of the feet and toenails, similar to a manicure for both men and women. Pedicures include care for the toenails and feet where dead skin cells are rubbed off the bottom of the feet using a rough stone or pedicure tools. Skincare is often provided up to the sheen or knee area where needed including granular exfoliation, moisturizing, and massage. This also comes with either a regular or gel polish.
