I’m a ex photographer + wellness mentor who lived with anxiety & panic attacks for more than 10 years. Slowly, with better hydration, body support (Coral programs) and gentle lifestyle changes, my nervous system finally started to calm down. Now I share what helped me so other women can feel more safe, soft and feminine in their own body too. What you’ll find here:
•simple tips for a calm nervous
For years, I lived with one question running my life:
“How much can I get done before I collapse?”
I pushed through anxiety.
I pushed through panic.
I pushed through a body that was clearly asking me to slow down.
And then I wondered why calm never stayed.
Everything shifted when I stopped chasing productivity
and started asking something completely different:
“How safe does my body feel while I’m doing this?”
That one question changed how I ate, moved, worked, rested —
and how I spoke to myself when anxiety showed up.
Calm didn’t come from doing less, but doing things without fear.
From supporting my nervous system instead of fighting it.
From listening instead of forcing.
If you feel anxious even when life looks “fine,”
it might be a safety issue. Not safe in your body and around the people next to you.

Seven years ago, I couldn’t even walk through the woods without a panic attack.
No danger. No reason. Just my body in survival mode.
That moment made me decide:
I don’t want to feel like this next time.
I didn’t heal overnight.
I committed to 90 days of support, not pressure —
water, nutrients, gentle movement, gut support, and slowing down.
It didn’t “cure” me.
But it gave me my life back, piece by piece.
Listen! Your body is asking for help.
💬 Comment CALM if you want the simple version of what helped me.
I didn’t know my habits were hurting me.
I didn’t know dehydration could feel like anxiety.
I didn’t know processed food could trigger panic after eating.
I didn’t know my nervous system was running on empty.
I genuinely believed I was broken beyond repair.
But when I started supporting my body with actual nutrients, daily movement, water, and gentle gut care — the chaos inside me softened.
The kind no one ever told me about.
I lived with anxiety and panic attacks for more than 10 years. I know a lot...I tried many different things to cut off that monster.
If you’re drowning, I want to give you the first thing I wish someone gave me.
Comment CALM and I’ll send it to you.
For more than 10 years, I lived in daily panic.
I was scared to eat, scared to walk into a store, scared of flying, scared of my own heartbeat and going to doctors.
I tried so many things — pills, herbs, tricks, breathing, needles, exercises… nothing changed.
One day, after another panic attack, I finally said: “Screw it. I’ll just try something different. At least will try and if not then cope with it for a life.
Water. Clean, alkaline water.
That’s all I started with. Then antioxidant, lecithin, griffonia. Then gentle gut support. Then movement.
It wasn’t easy — but it moved me out of survival.
Sometimes the thing that saves you is the thing you try when you’ve run out of hope.
If you’re at that point, I got you. Been there.
Comment CALM and I’ll show you what supported me.
It's not easy, it's boring consistency, but that worked.
