I was recently asked about relaxation. A great technique is to practice Om or Aum chanting. I personally use it to great effect for relaxation, focus and for breathing regularity. A new therapy treatment comes to Montserrat.
Yoga with Charley and massages are on hold for a couple of weeks whilst storms pass and Charley spends some time with Mickey Mouse. We will be back and ready to pick up again in the second week of September. Message for more information.
