The Ultimate Daily Breakfast Bowl 🍲

WHATS IN IT;

-2 tablespoons of fat free yogurt
-Muesli Mix
-Blackberries
-Almond and Cashew Butter
-1 tablespoon of honey
-Coconut flakes
-Crushed Pistacios

Seeing that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, its important that we eat the proper food and a good portion size. This breakfast bowl has great nutritional value and keeps you full till your next meal, which means that snacking in between meals cam be kept at a minimum.

-Pan fried salmon with lemon juice.
-1 packet of Mixed Leafy Greens ( I usually get the one with spinach.)
-Handful of broccoli florets.
-White Quinoa cooked and seasoned with turmeric, salt and pepper.
-Fresh Basil from the garden patch.
-Pumpkin seeds, Chia seeds & pine nuts.
-Drizzle of olive oil.

This is my which is a must have for my daily routine! I drink this 30 minutes before eating everyday. The lemon aids digestion and is a rich source of vitamin C while the manuka has anti inflammatory purposes, promotes oral health, aids the throat and a huge list of health benefits.
