🍂 7 DAYS OF AUTUMN COLOUR – DAY 6
You don’t need a whole new wardrobe for autumn. ❤️
In fact, I often think the most stylish wardrobes are the ones where you don’t need to buy lots of new clothes.
Start with what you already own.
Then add a little seasonal colour:
🧣 a scarf
👜 a handbag
👚 a new top
💍 jewellery
💄 a new lipstick
👉 If you could add just ONE thing to your autumn wardrobe, what would it be – scarf, bag, jumper, jewellery or lipstick?
Even one new colour can make an old outfit feel completely different.
And here’s my little shopping rule:
Before buying something simply because it’s fashionable, ask yourself:
Does this colour work for me?
Can I wear it with what I already own?
Does it make me feel good?
If the answer is yes – you’ve probably found a good addition to your wardrobe. ✨
Tomorrow is the final day of our 7 Days of Autumn Colour…
And we’re bringing it all back to YOU.
🍂 See you tomorrow!

🍂 7 DAYS OF AUTUMN COLOUR – DAY 5
The magic isn’t always in one colour…
Sometimes it’s in the combination. ✨
Take teal, for example.
💚 Teal + chocolate
💚 Teal + rose pink
💚 Teal + cream
💚 Teal + navy
💚 Teal + berry
Each combination creates a completely different feeling.
Warm. Cool. Soft. Dramatic. Fresh.
👉 Which combination is your favourite: Teal + Chocolate, Teal + Rose, Teal + Cream, Teal + Navy or Teal + Berry?
The best combinations are often the ones that naturally work with your own colouring.
This is why knowing your colours can make getting dressed so much easier.
Instead of asking:
“What can I wear with this?”
you start thinking:
“I already know what works for me.” ❤️
Tomorrow we’ll bring all of this into your real wardrobe.

🍷 7 DAYS OF AUTUMN COLOUR – DAY 4
ONE COLOUR – SIX POSSIBILITIES
Yesterday we met the Six Colour Dominants.
Today, let’s see what that can actually mean when we look at one of autumn’s favourite colours: BURGUNDY. 🍷
There isn’t just one burgundy.
Depending on your colouring, you might be drawn to:
1. ❄️ Cool – cool, slightly blue-based Burgundy
2. 🔥 Warm – warm, slightly rusty/wine-red Burgundy
3. ✨ Clear – clear, bright and vibrant Burgundy
4. 🌫️ Soft – muted, softer Burgundy
5. 🤍 Light – lighter, delicate Berry/Burgundy
6. 🍷 Deep – deep, rich and intense Burgundy
Same colour family – but six very different effects.
And this is why I always say:
Don’t just ask, “Does burgundy suit me?”
Ask:
“Which burgundy suits ME?” ❤️
🎨 YOUR TURN!
Look at the six burgundy shades in today’s picture.
Which one would you instinctively choose for yourself?
👇 Tell me your choice in the comments:
1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6?
Don’t overthink it – just choose the one you’re naturally drawn to. 😉
Tomorrow we’ll take this one step further and look at the magic of combining colours.
🍂 See you for Day 5!

🍂 7 DAYS OF AUTUMN COLOUR – DAY 3
Have you ever wondered why a colour looks amazing on someone else, but somehow doesn’t feel quite right on you? 🎨
The secret may be in the version of the colour you’re wearing.
In Colour Me Beautiful, we work with six main colour characteristics:
❄️ COOL – crisp, elegant and sophisticated
🔥 WARM – golden, rich and earthy
✨ CLEAR – bright, fresh and vibrant
🌫️ SOFT – gentle, muted and beautifully blended
🤍 LIGHT – delicate, fresh and luminous
🍫 DEEP – rich, dramatic and intense
Most of us have one dominant characteristic that is especially important when choosing colours. It can help explain why certain shades make us glow, while others seem to overpower us or leave us looking a little tired.
And this is where it gets really interesting…
The same fashion trend can look completely different from person to person, depending on which version of that colour works best with you.
So, when you see a colour you love, don’t ask:
“Does this colour suit me?”
Ask:
“Which version of this colour suits me best?” ❤️
Tomorrow, I’ll show you exactly what I mean using one of autumn’s favourite colours. 🍷
Can you guess which one?
See you tomorrow for Day 4! 🍂

🎨 COLOUR QUIZ – WHAT COLOUR ARE YOU DRAWN TO?
Yesterday we started our autumn colour journey.
Today, let’s make it a little more personal… ❤️
Imagine you walk into a shop and see these four colours:
🍷 A – Burgundy
🌿 B – Olive Green
💙 C – Teal
🌸 D – Rose Pink
Without thinking too much…
Which one would you pick first?
Now choose ONE more:
✨ Which colour would you most like to wear close to your face?
🍷 A – Burgundy
🌿 B – Olive Green
💙 C – Teal
🌸 D – Rose Pink
And finally…
Which colour would you probably never choose for yourself?
👇 Tell me your three answers in the comments!
For example:
1C – 2A – 3D
I won’t tell you what your answers mean just yet… 😉
But I will reveal something interesting about these colours tomorrow when we look at the Six Colour Dominants.
🍂 Come back tomorrow and see if your colour choice matches your Colour Dominant!

🍂 7 DAYS OF AUTUMN COLOUR – DAY 1
Welcome to October!
The new season is here, and with it comes a whole new palette of beautiful colours.
👉 What is the first colour that makes you think of autumn?
Think rich chocolate, burgundy, berry, teal, olive, rose, soft blues and beautiful neutrals.
But here’s something I want you to remember this autumn:
Just because a colour is fashionable doesn’t mean it is YOUR colour. ❤️
🍂 Come back tomorrow for Day 2!

Following up my question from yesterday.
Which of these models falls into the Warm palette?
It's actually a trick question, because they BOTH do!
By looking at the natural colouring of their hair, skin and eyes, I can see that warmth is the most noticeable characteristic in both models. However, their colouring is not identical. In fact, I would further test to check their contrast levels and clarity.
That's the beauty of the tonal system. Two people can share the same dominant colouring, yet have personalised palettes that reflect their own unique combination of characteristics.
Did you guess that they were both Warm?

Leave trends behind. Wear what belongs to you!
It's tempting to get carried away when the new season's colours appear. Olive, royal purple and aubergine are everywhere right now - and yes, even those gorgeous elevated neutrals, rich browns and soft burgundy that are all over my feed last week.
But while they may be on trend, that doesn't mean they'll make YOU glow.
That sludgy olive khaki? It can drain a Cool complexion. That beautiful warm chestnut brown? It can overwhelm a Light.
That's exactly why I created my September Colour Express Special. This month only, in just 60 minutes for €95 you get:
✓ The 10 most important colours in YOUR personal palette - not trends, YOUR colours
✓ The NEW autumn neutral trend colours - tested against YOUR skin tone, so you know which browns, burgundys and taupes actually belong to you
✓ My expert tips - how to wear this autumn's greens (think Spruce, Pine & Teal for Cools), purples and neutrals without looking sallow or washed out
Quick, fun and the perfect introduction if you've never had a professional colour analysis before.
Because trends fade.
Your colours stay.
