To ensure I can continue providing a professional and reliable service to all clients, the following policies are now in effect. I kindly ask that everyone respects them.!!

🤍 Cancellations & No-Shows

If you need to cancel your appointment, please give as much notice as possible.

Last-minute cancellations and no-shows prevent me from offering that appointment to clients on my waiting list and have a direct impact on my business.

Effective immediately, any client who cancels at the last minute or fails to attend their appointment without prior notice will no longer be able to book future appointments. If you already have a future appointment booked, it will also be cancelled.

Please only book an appointment if you are confident you can attend.

Please respect my working hours when contacting me.

Messages and calls will only be answered between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

We are CLOSED on Wednesdays, Saturday evenings, and Sundays. Any messages received outside of these hours or on closed days will not receive a response until the next working day.

Please do not expect replies outside of my business hours.

These policies are in place to ensure fairness, protect my time, and allow me to provide the best possible service to every client.
