If you have any doubts about the recommendations given by our staff, you are welcome to book an appointment with me personally. I will be happy to help you choose the right products and shades. Appointments are subject to my availability and will take place at the outlet where I am present.

However, we have noticed that some customers try, select and approve products in-store, but later request an exchange after trying them again at home because they are no longer satisfied with their choice.

Please understand that the final purchasing decision is your responsibility. Our staff can guide and advise you, but the final choice remains yours.
