I have discovered these two gems from SKIN & SOUL , and I just had to recommend them to you.
I've been using them since February, and I've noticed that my hair is longer, softer, and has much more volume. They've become part of my routine, and I'm genuinely impressed with the results.
If you're looking for products to give your hair a little extra love, these are definitely worth trying.

Yes
So many women think they're trying to lose weight, when in reality they're trying to untangle decades of conditioning.
We've been taught to fear hunger, earn our food through exercise, and believe that smaller always means healthier.
Even after we stop following a specific diet, those beliefs can quietly shape every decision we make around food.
The real work isn't just changing what's on your plate. It's changing the conversation happening in your mind.
When you learn to trust your body's signals instead of fighting them, food becomes nourishment instead of negotiation, and health becomes something you experience instead of something you constantly chase 🙏
3 Months of Progress 💛
Hello everyone,
I’m genuinely proud of this progress, and I wanted to share it with you.
This journey has never been about drastic changes, restrictive eating, or chasing a perfect body. It has been about learning to love and care for myself.
I initially started hiking so I could keep up with my friends. Now, hiking Signal Mountain has become my me time. I go around three times a week, and honestly, I wish I could go even more. If you want to do sports pleas efind something enjoyable. (Tip : take L-carnitine 30 mins before, you'll get a boost of energy.)
Some days, especially during my luteal phase, my body simply does not want to move. Instead of fighting it, I listen. On those days, I support my body with lymphatic drainage (courtesy to Serenity)
I have also been working on my inner self with my therapist at Athenea and I have made so much progress with self-love and emotional healing.
I began fertility massage sessions with Obienaitre and supported my body with supplements, including Myofolate, vitamin B, magnesium, and melatonin at night.
My LunaGlow teas have also become part of my routine: chasteberry tea in the morning and spearmint tea in the afternoon.
And guess what?
My eating habits have naturally improved. That intense sugar addiction feels like part of my past. I still eat what I enjoy, but somehow, my body now knows when it has had enough.
Girls, we do not have to be perfect. We do not need to eat perfectly or have a perfect body.
We simply need to love ourselves a little more, listen to our bodies, and appreciate everything they allow us to do.
I have never felt happier. 😊
Don't eat less, eat good

My 40-day movement and cycle-based eating journey
This is my personal data after about 40 days of hiking, gym, walking, and eating according to my cycle.
I also dropped a few kilos, but what matters most to me is not just the weight. It is the fact that I listen to my body.
During my luteal phase, I had to slow down for a while because my body simply wouldn’t go. And I think this is so important, especially with PMOS (PCOS): we need to learn the difference between discipline and forcing ourselves.
When I hike, I often battle with my mind. I want to give up. I want to turn back. In those moments, I don’t push harder immediately. In those moments I just pause...
Pause.
I breathe
I drink water
I accept that I am tired
I accept that I need a moment.
I don’t run away from my thoughts. I look at nature. I feel grateful. I remind myself to be proud of the path I have already walked.
This is also when I stretch, and somehow, that pause gives me the boost I need to continue.
For me, the lesson is this:
Keep going, but at a pace that respects your body.
This is not a workout plan or medical advice. It is simply my personal experience. With PMOS/PCOS, everybody is different, and our cycles, energy, symptoms, and limits can vary. Please listen to your body and seek professional advice when needed.

Many women write to me looking for quick solutions to lose weight, especially now with the rise of GLP-1 medications.
And I understand the struggle. I’ve been there.
But when we talk about PCOS, we need to remember this: weight gain is often a symptom (linked to insulin resistance, hormonal imbalance, stress, lack of sleep, inflammation, and many other things happening inside the body.
So if we only attack the weight, we may only be attacking the visible part of the problem.
This does not mean that medication is “bad” or that women who use it are taking the easy way out. For some, GLP-1 medications can be helpful and medically appropriate. But they should be used with proper medical guidance, not as a trend or a shortcut sold by social media.
For me, the deeper question is:
What is my body trying to tell me?
Can I support my hormones?
Can I eat in a way that stabilizes my blood sugar?
Can I move according to my cycle instead of punishing my body?
Can I sleep better, drink more water, reduce stress, and rebuild trust with my body?
Because when you work with your body instead of fighting it, Girl....things change 🙏
There are also natural alternatives to support you.
• Vinegar before meals, as shared by Glucose Goddess, to help with blood sugar response
• Herbal blends, like the Slim Tea from LunaGlow which I’ve recently tried here in Mauritius and found helpful for appetite support
There are supplements such as Berberine and Chromium though they should be used carefully with guidance from Doctors.
But all this does not mean magic. Our bodies are not machines.
PCOS/PMOS needs patience, support, and consistency. There is no one size fits all....
The goal is not just to lose weight.
The goal is to understand your body 🙏
