Man, oh man… this year has not been the season I originally expected, but God had a different plan in store for me. This season has taught me so much about the man I am today and the man I’m becoming.

First and foremost, to the Raptors: I appreciate all the love and support I’ve received since the day I landed in Mexico. Even though I suffered a season-ending injury before the first game, you never made me feel like anything less than a part of this amazing Raptors family. For that, I will be forever grateful.

To my teammates: We all had a plan to go out there and perform for our amazing fans, and you guys did exactly that. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to be out there with you physically, but you never made me feel like an outsider. You always included me, valued my opinions, and asked for my insight. That meant more than you will ever know. I appreciate every single one of you for showing me that it’s always bigger than the game. You will forever be my brothers, and I’ll continue to pray for nothing but success, happiness, and blessings for each and every one of you.

Last but certainly not least, to the fans: I wish I could have performed for you this season, but unfortunately, I was sidelined. I promise to work harder than ever and do everything in my power to come back better than before. This story isn’t over—it’s simply the end of one chapter and the beginning of another.

The work I put in to become the best version of myself won’t just be for me; it will be for everyone who has supported me through this journey. Through it all, you have stood by us and never wavered, regardless of what the scoreboard said. That loyalty means the world to us as players.
