Inspiradas por la tradición ancestral del atrapasueños, nos reunimos en un círculo de mujeres para hacer una pausa, respirar, crear y tejer.
Un recordatorio de que tejer es mucho más que una artesanía. Es una forma de poner orden en los pensamientos dispersos, de escuchar nuestra intuición, de recordar la sabiduría que habita en nuestro interior y de reconectar con el impulso humano ancestral de crear con intención.

A través de la meditación, el cacao, el sonido sanador y el acto de tejer juntas, honramos una medicina pura que vive profundamente en nuestros úteros, nuestros corazones y nuestro linaje.

Fue una alegría colaborar con Casa de la selva SPA Holístico (Barbi). Y a cada mujer que llegó con el corazón abierto: gracias por su presencia, sus historias, sus risas y su creatividad.

Yesterday, Casa Arkaana was filled with creativity, beauty and deep remembrance. 🌿🧶✨

Inspired by the ancestral tradition of the dreamcatcher, we gathered in a circle of women to slow down, breathe, create and weave.

A reminder that weaving is more than a craft. It is a way of bringing scattered thoughts into order, of listening to our intuition, of remembering the wisdom that lives within us, and of reconnecting with the ancient human impulse to create with intention.

Through meditation, cacao, healing sound and the act of weaving together, we honoured a pure medicine that lives deep inside our wombs, hearts and lineage.
It was such a joy to collaborate with Casa de la selva SPA Holístico (Barbi). To every woman who came with an open heart: thank you for your presence, your stories, your laughter and your creativity.
May we continue creating beauty, strengthening community, and carrying these ancestral ways into our everyday lives. 🌿

Myofascial Somatic Liberation Training — a holistic journey into slow, profound, emotional bodywork, and an invitation to explore yourself deeply along the way.

With deep gratitude, we welcome Mara'akame Filiberto Paritsika Carrillo and traditional musician Edgar de la Cruz for a Traditional Wixárika Ceremony at Casa Arkaana on August 1, 2026.

Filiberto carries the unbroken lineage of the Wixárika people, passed from elder to elder through generations. As a Mara'akame Cahuitero and former governor of his community, he serves as a bridge between worlds—holding sacred ceremony, prayer, and healing traditions that have endured since ancestral times.

Through the night, we gather around Tatewari, the Grandfather Fire, where traditional songs, prayers, cleansings, and offerings guide us on a journey from darkness to dawn. Together, we honor Fire, Earth, Water, Air, Sky, Rain, Sea, and Kauyumari, the Blue Deer—sacred forces that continue to guide the Wixárika path.

At the heart of the ceremony is Hikuri—the sacred cactus, living intelligence and teacher that has walked beside the Wixarika people since before memory.

As the first light of morning arrives, we emerge from ceremony renewed—having released what no longer serves us and reconnected with what is essential within.

A night of prayer. A night of remembrance. A night to sit beside an ancient tradition that continues to live, breathe, and guide.
