Salad Epal Asia

Bahan-bahan:

Sayuran
1/4 kobis ungu atau hijau
1 biji epal hijau
1 biji lobak merah
1/3 cawan kacang tanah atau kacang gajus dipanggang – dipotong kasar
1 sudu besar biji bijan dipanggang
1/4 cawan daun pudina dan ketumbar – dihiris
1 biji cili – dihiris halus (opsyenal)


Kuah
2 sudu teh minyak bijan
2 1/2 sudu besar kicap atau sos ikan
1/4 cawan jus lemon atau limau
1 sudu besar minyak zaitun ekstra dara
Cara-cara:
Mayangkan kobis sebanyak 3-4 cawan. Hiris nipis epal. Kupas lobak dan kemudian, parut kasar lobak pada hirisan nipis.
Campur kesemua bahan kuah salam dan gaul rata dengan kobis yang dimayang, hirisan epal, lobak merah, kacang, biji bijan dipanggang dan cili sebelum dihidangkan.

Salad Lobak Merah Pedas

Bahan-bahan:

500g lobak merah – dikupas dan dihiris bulat.
2 cawan air
2 ulas bawang putih – dicincang
2 sudu besar minyak zaitun
1/2 sudu kecil cili paprika manis
1 cubit cili cayenne – secukup rasa
gura dan lada hitam – secukup rasa
1 sudu besar cuka
1/2 sudu kecil serbuk jintan putih
1/4 cawan daun cilantro


Cara-cara:

Masukkan lobak merah, air, bawang putih, minyak zaitun, cili paprika, cili cayenne, garam dan lada hitam dalam kuali.
Didih atas suhu sederhana panas dan masak hingga lobak lembut dan air tersejat, kira-kira 20 minit.
Gaul cuka dan jintan putih rata dalam campuran lobak merah.
Padamkan api dan biar salad menyejuk hingga mencapai suhu bilik.
Hias dengan daun cilantro
