This is a case on 27 years old girl who presented with syncopal attack. WFNS grade 2, Modified fisher score 1. Cerebral angiogram done showed multiple cerebral aneurysm including bilateral long segment fusiform aneurysm at the petrous segment of ICA and saccular aneurysm at right terminal ICA. She was subjected for right pterional craniotomy and clipping of terminal ICA aneurysm.
Aneurysms still rupture covid19 or not emergency surgery need to be done to secure the aneurysm @ Hospital Sultanah Aminah, Johor Bahru

63 years old gentleman presented with progressive memory and behaviour changes for 3months, right sided lower limb weakness and blurring of vision. MRI showed left extra- axial tumour arising from frontal base and crossing midline. Approached via bifrontal craniotomy. @ Sultanah Aminah Hospital
