For those customer who intended to make appointment, please ensure the below conditions required by KKM.
💖 Completed 2 doses vaccination. AZ, 28 days after vaccination.
Pfizer & Sinovax, after 14 days.
💖 Low risk category, which means your profile in MySejahtera must be in *light blue* colour.
💖No contact with any covid-19 positive patient in last 20 day. Including volunteer in PPC.
💖All Appointment process through messaging. We'll not attending any phone call or walk-in appointment.
💖No any companion allowed in studio for waiting or without appointment.
💖 Teenager age within 12~17 years old who fulfilled the conditions stated above must come with their parents with appointment.

💖 Kid below 12 years old are not allowed to make appointment and not allowed in studio.

💖 Prove your health statues with send us your MySejahtera screen shot.

💖 Our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused and seek your cooperation.
