Resepi Cucur Udang Rangup

Senang aja, caranya guna tepung gandum yang dicampur dengan tepung beras. Jom try resepinya kt bawah ni👇

BAHAN👇
1. Tepung gandum - 2 cawan
2. Tepung beras - hampir2 1 cawan
3. Udang saiz sederhana (udang harimau pon boleh)
4. Udang kecil
5. Ikan bilis - segenggam
6. Bawang merah dimayang nipis - 3 ulas
7. Daun kucai
8. Serbuk kunyit
9. Garam
10. Air (tiada dlm gambar)
11. Minyak masak (tiada dlm gambar)

CARA👇
1. Udang saiz sederhana di buang kulit dan dipotong2
2. Udang kecil dibuang kepala
3. Kemudian ambil satu magkuk besar
4. Masukkan kesemua tepung gandum + tepung beras
5. Masukkan garam / serbuk pati ayam
6. Gaul2 kan (kering tanpa air)
7. Kemudian masukkan kedua2 jenis udang & ikan bilis
8. Masukkan juga serbuk kunyit
9. Masukkan p**a bawang & daun kucai
10. Masukkan air (agak2, jgn terlalu lembik)
11. Gaul2 biar sekata (warna & bahan2 nya)
12. Panaskan minyak yg banyak dlm kuali
13. Goreng dengan cara jatuhkan bancuhan tu dari tepi kuali, supaya dia jatuh meleper & jadi nipis

Bila dah masak, angkat dan toskan cucur atau cekodok udang

Ayam bahagian paha

Stok ayam
Halia
5 ulas bawang putih

Basuh bersih ayam rebus ayam dengan halia dan bawang putih yg ditumbuk. Air mesti banyak sebab nanti akan guna untuk masak nasi, sup, sos dan kicap. Dah mendidih angkat ayam dan toskan

Bahan perapan ayam(2 ketul paha ayam)
2 sudu gula perang
2 sudu madu
1/2 cawan kicap manis
2 sudu sos tiram
1 sudu kecil lada hitam
Garam
Minyak bijan

Gaul semua bahan dan perap ayam dalam 30 minit.
Bakar dalam 30 minit suhu 180. Sebelum bakar sapu butter dan minyak bijan. Dah siap masak pun sapu lagi butter dan minyak tadi untuk dapat hasil yang menarik🤭

Bahan nasi

2 cawan beras basmathi
Panaskan minyak sapi dan butter dalam periuk nasi elektrik.
Tumis daun pandan, serai, halia dan 4 sekawan hingga naik wangi. Masukkan beras gaul sebati. Masukkan 3-3 1 /2 cawan air stok ayam tadi. Masukkan garam gaul sebati. Alihkan ke atas periuk elektrik dan biar hingga masak. Dah masak gaul2 kan nasi supaya masak sekata.

Bahan sos
Blend 4 biji cili merah dengan seulas bawang putih. Guna air stok ayam tadi jg.
Masak api perlahan. Masukkan sedikit gula, garam, cuka, sos cili. Agak2 ja letak ni bagi dapat rasa sos. Nak pekat letak sikit tepung jagun yg dibancuh sedikit air.

Bahan kicap
Lebihan bahan perapan ayam tadi masak bersama sedikit air stok ayam. Kalau tak masin tambah garam. Dah mendidih tutup api.

Bahan sup
Lebihan air stok ayam tadi panaskan, tambah garam dan kiub ayam. Masak hingga mendidi. Siap
