Are you a creative, confident, and results-driven marketer? We are looking for a talented individual to help grow the Helen Beauty Family Spa brand and attract more local and international customers.

✨ Requirements

✅ Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
✅ Previous marketing experience is an advantage.
✅ Creative in developing marketing campaigns, promotions, and engaging content.
✅ Proficient in managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other digital channels.
✅ Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
✅ Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing strategies to increase spa sales and brand awareness.
• Attract new customers, including local and international tourists.
• Create creative and engaging advertisements, videos, and marketing content.
• Promote spa treatments, promotional packages, and membership programs.
• Build partnerships with hotels, travel agencies, corporate companies, influencers, and other strategic partners.
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance and recommend improvements.

• 推广 Spa 疗程、优惠活动及会员计划。
• 与酒店、旅行社、企业客户、网红（Influencers）及合作伙伴建立合作关系。
• 分析营销活动成效，并提出优化建议。

Requirements:

Able to communicate in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia
Good leadership and communication skills
Responsible and customer-service oriented
Experience in spa, beauty, or customer service industry is an advantage

2️⃣ Cashier / Receptionist

💰 Salary: RM1,700++

Requirements:

Able to communicate in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia
Friendly and professional attitude
Basic computer skills
Good customer service and communication skills
