In competitive ballroom dance, parents play an essential role behind the scenes—preparing costumes, hairstyles, and makeup to ensure their children step onto the stage with confidence and presence. This workshop was specially designed with a strong focus on practical application, enabling parents to confidently handle competition-day makeup with professional techniques.

赛事回顾｜专业，是在每一个舞台背后被看见】
很荣幸带领 INS ACADEMY 的学生团队，受邀成为 ALPHA Sports Academy 主办的 Gynrama & Gymnastics Championship Competition 2026 指定化妆团队。
在聚光灯下，观众看到的是选手们精彩的表现；而在舞台背后，我们看到的是无数次练习、坚持与付出。
作为专业化妆团队，我们负责为参赛选手打造符合比赛需求的整体妆容，确保选手们在舞台灯光下展现最佳状态。对于学生们来说，这不仅仅是一场化妆工作，更是一堂真实的行业实战课。
从时间管理、团队合作、现场应变，到如何在有限时间内完成高质量妆容，每一个环节都考验着专业能力与责任感。
我一直相信，教育不应该只停留在课堂。
真正的成长，是让学生走进真实市场，在真实项目中学习，在真实挑战中进步。
看到学生们从最初的紧张，到后来能够独立完成工作、与选手和家长沟通、处理现场状况，我感到非常欣慰。

更重要的是，
AI无法建立人与人之间的信任。
AI可以生成一张漂亮的脸，
但无法给一个人真正的自信。
AI可以设计妆容，
但无法触碰客户的人生故事。
未来最有价值的，
不是会跟AI竞争的人，
而是懂得利用AI，同时拥有专业技术和创造力的人。
这也是为什么，美业在AI时代，依然拥有无限可能。
