To find nice heh chi (Fried prawn fritters) in Klang Valley is not easy. Everyone have their own personal taste till a recommendation share to me there is this Heng Cakoi in Restaurant Dudu Yummy Kopitian at Ara Damansara is one of her top favourite. This heh chi is very Penang style. Fried crispy on outer layer and abit soft in the center as the mini kuih base. Love the flavour and definately must dip with their homemade chili sauce. Started with 2 pcs and ended up 1 more. Lurveee it. You can give it a try. RM3 per piece. Only then realize they have a few more stalls when google about them.
