Breastfeeding mamas... relax and enjoy the season! 💛

Durian season is finally here! 😍

Yesterday, I joined the crowd and grabbed 2 bags of durians for only RM80 🤭🥭

And guess what..
This morning, my milk bottle was overflowing! 😂
Before everyone rushes to buy durian... 😆

No, durian isn‘t a magic milk booster.

But for many breastfeeding moms, enjoying your favorite food, eating enough calories, staying hydrated, getting enough rest, and reducing stress all help support a healthy breastfeeding journey.

💡 Durian is also naturally high in fat, so if you’re prone to blocked ducts, don’t forget to take lecithin. Lecithin acts as a fat emulsifier, helping keep milk fats flowing more smoothly and may reduce the risk of clogged ducts in some breastfeeding mothers.

Remember, a good milk supply comes from:
✨ Frequent milk removal (feeding or pumping)
💧 Staying well hydrated
🥗 A balanced diet
😴 Enough rest
💛 A relaxed and happy mind
So during durian season...

昨天忍不住跟着大家去”抢“了两袋 RM80 的榴莲🤣

结果……
今天一早吸奶就**溢出来了**😂

当然啦～
这不是说吃榴莲就一定会追奶成功😉

但对很多哺乳妈妈来说，
🥭 榴莲可以补充热量与营养，
❤️ 吃得开心、睡得好、压力少，
身体状态好了，也更有利于母乳喂养。

💡 榴莲脂肪含量较高，容易塞奶的妈咪别忘了补充 卵磷脂（Lecithin） ❤️。卵磷脂是一种天然脂肪乳化剂，可帮助乳汁中的脂肪更均匀地流动，对于部分容易乳腺阻塞的妈妈，可能有助于减少塞奶的发生。记得也要多喝水、勤排奶哦

母乳量的关键还是：
✅ 宝宝有效吸吮或规律排空乳房
✅ 足够的水分
✅ 均衡饮食
✅ 充足休息
✅ 保持好心情 💛
✅ 必要时摄取 lecithin 避免塞奶🫣
