1. These terms of sale apply to goods supplied by ABHCH
2. No contract exists between you and SJFH for the sale of any goods until ABHCH has received and accepted your order and ABHCH has sent you confirmation by email, through FB chat or sms to the number and/address given by you.

4. ABHCH reserves the right to change these terms, prices and conditions without notice to you in relation to future sale.
5. All deliveries are subject to prior confirmation of your payment.
6. The goods you ordered will be delivered to the address you gave when you place the order, subject to confirmation of order by ABHCH
7. It is your responsibility to ensure that when the Pos Laju/Express delivers the goods to you, that there is someone to acknowledge receipt of goods.
8. You will become the owner of goods you ordered and responsible for the risk of loss or damaged to them once ABHCH handed the goods to the Post Office.
9. Goods can only be returned and exchanged for another when the ORDER ARE WRONGLY/MISTAKEN CONFIRMATION BY YOU but it is your responsibility to ensure that it is kept in pristine condition and unused. It is your responsibility to return the goods at your cost to ABHCH and it must reach us within three working days from the date your received the goods.
12. Only upon receipt of returned goods in pristine and unused condition will ABHCH send you the replacement available goods to you, but you will have to pay for the postage.
