很喜歡吃豉油雞，但在飯店跟熟食店尋尋覓食很久都沒找到滿意的，只能自己動手做了。 做法很簡單，味道卻不簡單！
豉油雞（重點推薦👍）
豉油雞：半隻雞洗淨擦乾水分、紅蔥頭（或小洋蔥）、蒜頭、薑。
做法：鍋子燒熱後放少許油小火把雞的兩面煎金黃，再放紅蔥頭、薑、蒜爆香，
然後放半碗醬油、少許老抽、小半塊黃方糖、一碗水下去大火煮開，然後轉中小火蓋上鍋蓋煮二十分鐘，中途要翻兩次面，最後大火收汁後關 火，放涼後砍塊裝盤即可。 （註‼️：整隻雞就三十分鐘）。
