The first thing I do on most Monday mornings isn’t checking my phone.

It’s making myself a fresh juice. 🥬🍌

For me, wellness isn’t about being perfect.
It’s about choosing one small habit that helps me begin the week feeling nourished—mind, body, and energy.

A good week doesn’t have to start with a big change.

Sometimes, it starts with one healthy choice.

昨天又有朋友来我家,一进门就说:

「你的家怎么可以一直这么整齐?你是不是有 OCD?」😂

我笑着回答:「不是啦,我只是很喜欢断舍离。」

其实,我一直觉得自己应该是天生就这样。

从小我就很自然地知道,什么东西应该放哪里,哪个位置最适合放什么,就算过了很久,我还是记得东西放在哪里。

所以很多人分享「断舍离要从哪里开始」,我都会默默想:原来不是每个人都这样哦?😆

慢慢长大后,我才发现,原来不是我特别爱整理,而是我很享受一个舒服、有空间感的家。

每次回到家,看到家里干干净净、整整齐齐,心情真的会特别好。

而且,每次朋友来我家,几乎都会说一句:「你的家看起来好舒服哦!」

我想,他们喜欢的,不是因为家里一尘不染,而是那个让人觉得放松、没有压力的感觉。

其实我没有什么整理秘诀。

我只是一直保持几个很简单的习惯。

🧹 用完就放回原位,不要想着「等一下再收」。
✨ 不要等到家里乱成一团,才来一次大扫除。
🛍️ 买东西前,先问自己:「家里是不是已经有了?」
🤔 再问一句:「我是需要,还是只是想要?」
👕 如果买了一件新衣服,我就会准备送走一件旧衣服。

生活已经够忙了,我不想把时间花在找东西,也不想被一堆用不到的物品包围。

我喜欢的是,家里有呼吸的空间,心里也有呼吸的空间。❤️

所以,我不是 OCD。

我只是觉得,断舍离不是把东西丢掉,而是把生活留下。

毕竟,整理的从来不是房子,而是自己的生活。☺️

🤍Weekend reminder 🤍

Someone reminded me to stretch today… and it wasn’t one of my yoga students. 🐈

Even after years of teaching yoga, I still need little reminders to pause, breathe, and move my body.

Wellness doesn’t have to be complicated.
Sometimes it’s simply stretching after sitting too long…

Taking one deep breath…
Or smiling at a furry little teacher on your desk.
