Hi everyone 🌿

I’ll be co-hosting a small, intimate session called “Hungry Hearts, Tired Minds” with a psychologist Capriole & Global mindfulness teacher Ai Nee— a 3-hour experience exploring stress, emotional eating, and mindful awareness.

If you’ve ever felt:

– constantly tired or overwhelmed

– reaching for food without knowing why

– or just needing a pause to reset

this might really support you.

We’re bringing together psychology, emotional eating, and mindfulness into one space — not just to talk, but to help you understand what’s really going on beneath it all.

✨ Includes:

🥗 Poke Bowl Lunch + 🍹 Kombucha

🎁 Wellness Goodie Bag (RM300+ value)

🧠 Stress & mind-body assessments

💆‍♀️ Hawaiian Massage voucher

🌿 7 days post-event support

🗓 23 May | 📍 GoodNosh PJ

🎟 Limited seats

Feel free to share with anyone who might need this & come with a friend

*Its celebration time! * 🎉🎉🎉

More open houses & festive feasting! 😋But somehow feeling concern about overindulging in:

Too many cookies 🍪,

reunion meals 🍲

& too many “just one more bite”… 😅

🍊 **And some Still recovering from Chinese New Year overeating?**

But have you ever wondered…

**Are we really hungry — or emotionally eating?*

🌸 Join us for a special talk on stress, emotional eating, & mindful awareness

Featuring:

• Capriole Choy — a psychologist insight on stress and behaviour

• Cindy Woon — understanding emotional eating patterns & tools to regulate them

• Ainee Cha — mindfulness practices that help us pause, listen, and reconnect with the body

GOODIES:

🥗 Poke Bowl Lunch

🍹 Free Flow(!) of Kombucha
