Unfortunately it really does all come down to this. After having 4 moles cut out of my own skin that were dangerous which left me with ugly keloid scarring I am such a big advocate of safe tanning. Unfortunately the sun, sunbeds , tan can etc are horrible for your skin and are proven to cause melanomas in the long run.
