Mr Organic, educating you on alternative medicine.
Let me briefly drop this on Guava leaves and please note that it has scientific evidence, although research is ongoing....

GUAVA LEAVES......

Guava leaves contains many potential bioactive components such as saponine, tannins, flavonoid, eugenol and tritenoids. Flavonoids ( more than 1.4 % ) and tannins are dominate the polyphenolic component of guava leave.

*How to Process Guava Leaves for Traditional Medicine*

1. Take 4-5 guava leaves.
2. Wash the leaves till it gets clean.
3. Then, boil the guava leaves with 1 liter water.
4. When it gets boiled, then filter it.
5. Pour the water, that’s the extract water.
6. It’s ready now to drink.
7. Also, you can add honey to make it perfect.

Meanwhile, the recommendation is you need to drink 100 ml guava leaves extract water for once in two days. Also, drinking it in routine may bring benefits to cover body health. Then, there is also another alternative to consume guava water, which is making it as tea.

*How to Make Guava Leaves Tea*

If you are experiencing extreme skin dryness this season, you should get rosewater.

Spray some on your skin and apply moisturizer to help lock in moisture.

Rosewater will help keep your skin hydrated for longer period.

Another amazing thing about rosewater is that it helps to soothe sunburn. So, if you were under the sun all day, when you get home, get a cold shower and spray rosewater on the skin. Concentrating on the parts that was exposed to the sun.

Keep reapplying till your skin feels calm and soothed.

You can buy pure rosewater in cosmetic shops or pharmacies near you or you can order from us.

You are sure to get 100% pure rosewater when you order from us.

The weather over here is dry and it can be unfriendly to the skin.

One of the ways to keep your skin hydrated this season is to invest in a toner that is suitable for dry skin.

Toners help to balance the skin's ph and makes products pe*****te better into the skin.

It is safe to say that you can change your skincare products or twist it a little to suit the weather conditions around you.

For me, I have an oily acne prone. But, since the harmattan came, my skin has been dry.
My regular toner is specifically for oily and acne skin so I had to twist it a little.
I got a hydrating toner which has become my regular toner while I use the oily/acne skin toner 3 times a week.

This way, my acne is under control and my skin super hydrated.

It's a win win.

Are you changing your products so suit the weather? If ask me, I'll advice you try hydrating products for this weather.

Skincare is health care.
