Here are some basic information on water consumption…
* The human body needs a certain amount of water daily for proper metabolism, about two (2) liters (8cups) for female and three (3) liters (10cups) for male.
*Lack of Water in the body or low water intake can cause dehydration
* Drink water slowly not hurriedly, and avoid water consumption while eating unless if you are taking it to clear choking
* It’s advised to take lukewarm water because it absorbs easily into your tissues
* It’s best to start your day with a glass of warm/boiled water
* Learn to sit down while drinking water because standing affects the balance of body fluids.
