Stop taking medicine from people online, just because they carry a stethoscope! Only licensed healthcare professionals have the training to diagnose and prescribe safely. Your health is too important to trust to unqualified hands. Always seek care from certified individuals.

🛑 Myth Buster Time! 🛑
In this year of 2026, do you still believe that consuming sugar will cause you to develop a hernia?
Let's clarify this misconception!
Does sugar consumption lead to hernias? No, it does not!
Hernias occur when your muscles become weak or you strain yourself, not as a result of sugar consumption.
While it is true that eating excessive sugar can lead to weight gain, and extra weight can put pressure on your belly, which may increase the likelihood of hernias, sugar itself is not the cause.
So, what are the real causes of hernias?
Weak spots in your abdominal muscles,
lifting heavy objects incorrectly,
persistent coughing or constipation, and
past surgeries or injuries.
In conclusion, continue living your life to the fullest with a balanced diet, regular exercise, and smart lifestyle choices.
Reducing sugar intake is beneficial for your health, but it is not because it causes hernias.
Share this information to help dispel the myth! 💥💪✨

⚠️ URGENT WARNING: Illegal Health Facilities Are Putting Lives in Danger! ⚠️

Illegal and unlicensed health facilities are operating right in our communities—offering dangerous medical treatments without proper qualifications. This is a serious threat to everyone’s health, especially in marginalized racial and ethnic communities where access to safe healthcare is already limited.

This is NOT a risk you can take!

âť— These unlicensed centers can cause severe complications, permanent harm, or even death.
âť— Many vulnerable people are being exploited due to language barriers, cultural differences, or lack of affordable care.
âť— We must ACT NOW to stop this before more lives are lost!

What YOU must do immediately:

✔️ Verify that your healthcare provider is licensed and qualified—no exceptions!
✔️ Avoid any facility that lacks proper medical certification or trained staff.
✔️ Report suspicious or illegal health facilities to local authorities without delay.
✔️ Share this urgent message with your family, friends, and community.
✔️ Always seek care from trusted, certified medical professionals.

Your health and the health of your loved ones depend on it. Don’t wait until it’s too late—stay informed, stay safe, and help protect our community NOW!

As a Nurse & health advocate, I strongly urge everyone to refrain from seeking medical procedures from unqualified individuals, no matter their claims or titles. The recent arrest of a 47-year-old woman in Anambra State for illegally performing caesarean sections without proper medical training is a stark reminder of the dangers posed by such practices. Patient safety must always come first, and it is vital to seek care only from licensed and trained healthcare professionals. Let us all commit to protecting lives by supporting regulated, ethical medical care and reporting any suspicious or illegal health practices in our communities.
