Wike Threatens to Expose 2023 Election Outcome, Warns Tinubu of APC Implosion

Federal Capital Territory Minister, Nyesom Wike, has issued a sharp warning to President Bola Tinubu, signaling a possible political showdown over what he described as deliberate sidelining within the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Wike reportedly vowed to reveal who truly won the 2023 presidential election, stating that Labour Party candidate Peter Obi should be prepared to forgive him once the truth is made public. He suggested that critical details surrounding the election have been deliberately concealed.

The former Rivers State governor also claimed he was instrumental in building the APC, alleging that the party’s rise came at a severe cost to Nigerians. He further asserted that Tinubu’s emergence as president was made possible through financial resources from Rivers State.

Warning that he would not accept political marginalisation, Wike described himself as a formidable force capable of destabilising the ruling party. He cautioned that continued exclusion could lead to a breakdown within the APC.

His comments have heightened tensions within the party and fueled renewed debate over the credibility of the 2023 general election. Neither the Presidency nor APC officials have issued an official response to the claims.
