UNDERSTANDING 24HOURS NATURAL BODY CYCLE.

The universe really is amazing. There are cycles in everything in the universe. There are cycles in weather, the seasons, the economy, wars, moon, sun, animal populations, geological formations, sea, physics, clocks and a million others

But did you know that your body also has a cycle?
And I am not talking about the obvious, This information is important for Everyone, so listen up!

If you are not familiar with body cycles yet, so much is about to make sense…

Your body runs on 3 eight-hour cycles per day.

Formally referred to as the Circadian Rhythms, and known for thousands of years

understanding and applying these body clock principles has been the reason behind enjoying easy digestion, keeping my weight from fluctuating, never experiencing fatigue and maximizing my metabolism.

These are the cycles:

4AM-12PM Elimination
12PM-8PM Appropriation
8PM-4AM Assimilation

During the hours between 4AM and 12PM, your body is in the Elimination Cycle.

The body is in the process of elimination, that's riding itself from all toxins arising from the break down of the body's previous nutritional activity.

During this phase, the body needs only foods that can be easily processed, as well as aids elimination of wastes.heavy food will re**rd the process of elimination. Plenty water, fruits should be considered.

During the hours between 12PM and 8PM, your body is in the Appropriation Cycle.

ME: what signs and symptoms have you been observing?

Man: I have been observing some difficulties in lasting longer it just comes of so fast after that i get tired and cant go again it all just become weak and soft and cant go back up ( at this point, the wife shouted GBAM!).

Lassa fever is a viral haemorrhagic fever that was discovered in 1969 when 2 missionary nurses died in LASSA village in Borno state.

Lassa fever caused by Lassa virus that found in the family of arenaviridae is a single_ stranded RNA Virus and is animal_ borne (zoonotic).

The number of lassa virus infections per year in West Africa is estimated at 100,000 to 300,000 with approximately 5,000 deaths.

Multimammate rat is rodent as( mastomys) that host Lassa virus.

HOW DO HUMANS GET LASSA FEVER?
The mastomys rodents shed the virus in urine and droppings..

Virus can be transmitted through direct contact with these materials e.g plates, spoons, toys, clothes, toilet handle, public doors .
Through eating food contaminated with:
_cuts or sores
_poorly stored food
_inhalation of contaminated tiny particules with rodent excretion.
Mastomys rodents are sometimes consumed as a food source, the rat can be prepared for food.

SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS OF LASSA FEVER.

Signs and symptoms of lassa fever typically occur 1_3 weeks after the patient come into contact with the virus

The following are the signs and symptoms are:
_fever
_pain behind the chest wall
_sore throat
_vomiting
_diarrhea
_backpain
_cough
_abdominal pain
_conjunctivitis
_facial swelling
_proteinuria
_mucosal bleeding
_hearing loss

Ribavirin an Anti-viral drug has been used to treat Lassa fever patients.
