LETβS TALK OVULATION β KNOW YOUR CYCLE.
A simple way to estimate your ovulation day is π
Cycle length β 14 = estimated ovulation day
The βminus 14β method gives an estimated ovulation day, not an exact or guaranteed day. Ovulation can vary from cycle to cycle, even with regular cycles.
And remember, Day 1 of your menstrual cycle is the first day of your period.
This information is for education and understanding your menstrual cycle. β€οΈπ©Ί

WAIT! Before you randomly take vitamins, do you actually know what each one does?
Sometimes we hear, βTake vitamin B for your nerves,β βTake biotin for your hair,β or βTake vitamin D for your bones.β
But vitamins are not all doing the same job. Each one has specific roles in the body, and knowing them can help you understand your health better.
Let me quickly educate you. π
π Vitamin B1 β Thiamine: helps your body produce energy from food and supports normal nerve function.
π Vitamin B2 β Riboflavin: helps with energy production and supports normal growth and development.
π Vitamin B6 β Pyridoxine: involved in amino-acid metabolism, neurotransmitter production, and hemoglobin formation.
π Vitamin B7 β Biotin: helps your body metabolize carbohydrates, fats and proteins. It also supports normal hair, skin and nail health.
π Vitamin B12 β Cobalamin: very important for red blood cell formation, DNA production and normal nerve function.
π Vitamin B5 β Pantothenic acid: needed to make coenzyme A, which is important for energy metabolism and many other metabolic processes.
π Vitamin C: supports collagen formation, wound healing and the immune system.
π Vitamin D: helps your body absorb calcium and supports strong bones and normal muscle function.
π Vitamin K: plays an important role in normal blood clotting and also supports bone health.
π Vitamin A: is especially important for normal vision, immune function and healthy body tissues.
But please remember: this is education, not an instruction to start taking supplements.
If you think you have a vitamin deficiency or you're experiencing a health problem, speak with a doctor or qualified healthcare professional. They can determine what is actually needed.
Know your vitamins. Know your body. β€οΈπ©Ί
