🌹Tropical Tiger Nut Power Smoothie🌹
Ingredients (for 2 servings):
• 1 cup soaked tiger nuts (soak for at least 4–6 hours or overnight)
• 4–5 dates (pitted)
• 1/2 cup fresh coconut pieces
• 1 cup pineapple chunks
• 1 small piece of ginger (about 1 inch), peeled
• 1 African cherry (Agbalumo), flesh only
• 1 cup cold water (adjust to desired consistency)
• Optional: a few ice cubes

1. Prepare Ingredients:
• If using roasted tiger nuts, soak them in water overnight to soften.
• Pit the dates.
• Peel and chop the ginger and African cherry.
• Chop the coconut and pineapple into small chunks.
