Compressors are not equal, depends on the capacity of your pneumatic lifting homogenizer.

Adequate compressor capacity is required in pneumatic cosmetics manufacturing to deliver the correct volume of air (measured in CFM) and pressure (measured in PSI) needed to run multiple high-speed production actions at the same time.
The machine relies heavily on pneumatic compressed air capacity to handle auxiliary functions,compressed air capacity is critical for this setup.

Medium-viscosity products (e.g., lotions, emulsions) require moderate shear mixing for proper homogenization.

High-viscosity products (e.g., creams, balms) need high-shear mixers with strong blades to ensure smooth texture.

I will advise that your first purchase should be a variable speed mixer that allows flexibility for different viscosities.

Determine Your Batch Size

The size of your production batches will influence the type of mixer you will need:

Small batches : Use overhead stirrers

Medium batches : Consider planetary mixers or homogenizers.

Large-scale production: Industrial high-shear mixers or vacuum mixers ensure uniformity in bulk quantities.

Please Note that size does not determine the price of these machines,I have a 5litre capacity machine that cost me 3,500 usd!Variables matter.

This Industrial size Hydraulic homogenizers can be tricky to purchase,they look alike but not the same.

My honest take.if you do not have 10m -12m for the set up which includes machine,appropriate compressor and shipping go for lower capacity machines eg 50 litres.
