Dear Me,
Happy Birthday.
Today, I honor how far I’ve come not just the visible wins, but the quiet strength it took to keep going through months that were heavy and uncertain. I may not have everything figured out, and that’s okay. Growth is not a race, and healing is not linear.
This new year of my life, I give myself permission to move at my own pace, to rest when I’m tired, to try again when I fail, and to celebrate even the smallest progress. I release the pressure to be perfect and choose to be present instead.
May this year bring me clarity where there was confusion, light where things felt heavy, and confidence to trust myself again.
