SHORTBREAD COOKIES*

*INGREDIENTS*
👉150g Plain Flour or Fine Wheat flour
👉100g Butter (not margarine)
👉1 Tablespoonful vanilla
👉50g Icing sugar (powdered sugar)
👉2 Tablespoonful Powdered Milk (optional, but makes it extra rich and creamy)

*🍭Tip:* you can add about 3 tablespoonful of corn flour or rice flour if you want to get a grainy texture.

🍭Also remember that the powdered milk in this recipe is optional, so feel free to leave it out if you want to.

🍭If you don't have icing sugar, you can make use of finely ground granulated sugar.

*Procedure*
👉Mix the butter and icing sugar together until creamy.
👉Add vanilla extract to the mixture and mix well
👉Sieve the plain flour + powdered milk (or the corn flour or rice flour) into the bowl and mix thoroughly until well incorporated.
👉Form a ball with the dough and leave to rest in the fridge or in a cool place for 30 minutes.
👉Now, preheat the oven at 170ºC /325ºF for about 5 minutes.
👉Then place the dough on a table and roll it out to 3/4 inch thick width, cut into 2cm by 10cm shortbread fingers or shapes and gently transfer unto a baking tray.
👉Using a toothpick or fork, make indents on the shortbread fingers.
👉Finally, place the tray into the preheated oven and bake at 170ºC /325ºF for 10- 15 minutes or until firm, but not brown.

*🍭Tip:* shortbread should not be browned but should have a cream color.

👉Leave to cool completely and serve

Let's talk on how to produce body perf.

3 chemicals are needed:
1) Either Ethanol or IPA Isopropylacetate. IPA is preferable because not everyone love vodka (ethanol)
2) Fragrances. I said fragrances because it is advisable to use more than a fragrance so that people will not know your secret.
3) Water (Aqua).

Procedures.
*Mix the Ethanol or IPA with the fragrances..
*Then add your water to it.

Note: The liter of your water must be equivalent to the liter of the Ethanol or IPA.

But this is what I have to give: *Yesterday I posted how to produce Tiger nut yoghurt, Today will be learning on how to produce PUFF PUFF*

Ingredients needed:
*250g of flour
*75g of sugar
*2 teaspoon of yeast
*½ tablespoon of nutmeg
*Pinch of salt
*Pepper (Atarodo) optional
*Warm water and
*Vegetable Oil (for frying)

Procedure:

*Mix all the ingredients together except vegetable oil which is for frying and water.

*Now add water to the mixture bit by bit till you get a light stretchly mixture.

(Note: The mixture shouldn't be too light or too thick.)

*After mixing, cover with a nylon or kitchen towel and leave to rise( double in size) for 30 mins to 45 mins. Could be less if there is heat where is kept.

*Then start frying with the vegetable oil.

Let us learn how to produce Tigernut milk.

ingredients needed:Ingredients:
Tiger nut
Date
Coconut
Ginger
Ice water.

Procedure:Wash very well to remove some dirt. Pill the body of the ginger, cut the coconut to pieces to the point in which it can be blend with ease.

Then, add everything to the blending machine, blend all together.

Ice water is require or ice block is require, that will serve as the water.

Note: ordinary water is not advice to be use in production of Tigernut milk.

Then, filter or extract the mixture, the pure liquid extracted is the Tigernut yoghurt.

The remnant left can be repeated once again, that is, blend it again, add little ice block to the blending machine, then, blend and extract the mixture. This time, the remnant is not strong enough to go the third time. But you can chew it, mix it with pap or throw it away, your choice
