O Allah, decree for me on Wednesday four things:

Induce me to be strong in obedience to You,

to be active in worshiping You,

to be desirous for Your reward,

and to abstain from that which would make incumbent upon me Your painful punishment!

You are Gentle to whom You will!

O Allah, send blessings to Muhammad,

the Seal of the Prophets

and the completion of the number of the envoys,

and upon his Household, the good, the pure,

and upon his Companions, the distinguished,

and give me on Tuesday three things:

Leave no sin for me unless You forgive it,

no grief unless You take it away,

and no enemy unless You repel him!

Oh Allah save us from all tribulations of the world; and turn away from us the evil of the world and the evil of the hereafter; and give us the good of the world and the good of the hereafter; By Thy grace and by Thy mercy, Oh Most Merciful of the Merciful!”

After Ishah Salat 2 Rakat

First Rakat :S Hamd, Aytaul Kursi ,Kaferoon Second Rakat S Hamd and 30 times Sura Ikhlass
then Raise your hands and say

اَللّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ يَا مَنْ لَا تَرَاهُ الْعُيُونُ وَلَا تُخَالِطُهُ الظُّنُونُ

وَلَا يَصِفُهُ الْوَاصِفُونَ

يَا مَنْ لَا تُغَيِّرُهُ الدُّهُورُ وَلَا تُبْلِيهِ الْأَزْمِنَةُ وَلَا تَحْمِلُهُ الْأُمُورُ

يَا مَنْ لَا يَذُوقُ الْمَوْتَ وَلَا يَخَافُ الْفَوْتَ

يَا مَنْ لَا تَضُرُّهُ الذُّنُوبُ وَلَا تَنْقُصُهُ الْمَغْفِرَةُ

صَلِّ عَلَى مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِهِ

وَهَبْ لِي مَا لَا يَنْقُصُكَ وَاغْفِرْ لِي مَا لَا يَضُرُّكَ وَافْعَلْ بِي مَا أَنْتَ أَهْلُهُ

Ask for your needs

After performing Asr prayer seek forgiveness from Allah seventy-seven times (77)

Muhammad Ibn Fuzail Sairafee on the authority of Imam Reza (a.s.) who on the authority of his forefathers (a.s.) who on the authority of the Holy Prophet (s.a.w.a.) mentions this that he (s.a.w.a.) said to a person Allah will settle down your sins committed during seventy-seven (77) years. by this recitation.”
The person exclaimed: ‘If I do not get an age of seventy-seven years?’,Holy Prophet (s.a.w.a.) replied:“Then the sins committed by your father would be forgiven.”
The person again asked: ‘If I and my father do not get an age of seventy-seven years?’.Holy Prophet (s.a.w.a.) answered:“Then the sins committed by you, your father or your mother would be forgiven.”
The person again retorted: ‘If I, my father and my mother do not get an age of seventy-seven years?’, Holy Prophet (s.a.w.a.) responded:“Then the sins committed by you, your father, your mother and your relatives would be forgiven

Recite Surah al-Qadr (No. 97) seven times after Isha prayer. It has been reported from Imam Mohammed Baqir (peace be upon him), that one who does so will be in the guarantee (security) of Allah (swt) until the morning.
