BREAKING: Man and Pregnant Daughter Reportedly Banished From Enugu Community Over Alleged Father-Daughter In**st
A man from Nenwe Town in Aninri Local Government Area of Enugu State, Nigeria, has reportedly been banished from the community alongside his pregnant daughter over an alleged case of father-daughter in**st, an act described as an abomination and a serious violation of the land’s traditional customs.
According to the account, the villagers considered the alleged act evil and punishable under their tradition. In a move said to be aimed at averting the wrath of the gods of the land, the community summoned the man and his pregnant daughter, escorted them to the boundary between Nenwe and a neighbouring town, and sent them away from the village.
Gunpowder was reportedly released in fulfilment of the community’s tradition, with a declaration that the man and his daughter must never return to Nenwe again, either in life or in death.
An elder speaking on behalf of the village reportedly explained that the decision was not taken because the people deliberately wanted to be wicked to the man and his daughter. Rather, he said, the man had brought the punishment upon himself by allegedly violating the norms and traditions of Nenwe.
The elder reportedly stated that banishment was the traditional punishment for committing such a sacrilege, adding that the community had unanimously agreed to expel both of them from the land.
He further declared that, from that day onward, the man and his daughter were forbidden from returning to any place associated with Nenwe, whether in life or in death. Despite the banishment, the elder reportedly said the community still wished them well wherever they might find themselves.
In a further warning, a second speaker reminded the man that the consequences he was facing were the result of his alleged actions. He warned that if the man encountered any son or daughter of Nenwe in his new place of settlement and dared to maltreat them

💔😢 THREE MONTHS MISSING! WHO IS FIGHTING FOR THIS GIRL?
Someone tagged me in this heartbreaking story, and honestly, I cannot keep quiet about it.
Imagine a young girl who leaves home one morning to attend to her POS business, hoping to make a little money to support her sick mother, only for her to disappear without a trace.
According to the information shared, this teenager has been missing for three months. Her phone is unreachable, and even her POS machine is reportedly missing. 💔
My heart goes out to her mother. Imagine being sick, struggling to survive, and then having your only child disappear without knowing whether she is alive or dead. How does a mother cope with that kind of pain?
But I have some serious questions.
Where is the community? Where are the people who know this family? Where are her church members and neighbours?
Has the matter been officially reported to the police? Has her photograph been circulated? Have people come together to share information and help search for her?
If these steps have not been taken, then we need to ask ourselves why.
A missing child is not just the family's problem. It is a matter that should concern everyone.
We cannot claim to love our neighbours, preach compassion in church, and talk about community while a vulnerable family may be facing such a painful situation alone.
Please, let us not turn this into another social media discussion that dies after a few days. This is a human life, not just another trending story!
If you have any genuine information about this girl, please report it to the police and contact her family through verified channels. Anyone who knows the community where she disappeared should help spread the word responsibly.
And to everyone reading this, please share this post. Someone, somewhere, may have information that could help find her.
🙏🏽 May God protect this young girl wherever she is, strengthen her mother.

This young man was reportedly killed yesterday in Ankpa, Kogi State, by vigilantes over allegations that he stole electrical cables.
This is deeply disturbing, barbaric, and utterly unacceptable. Kogi State is increasingly becoming a killing field, where lawlessness, mob violence, and impunity threaten innocent lives.
I have been informed that several young people from Ankpa are currently stranded in Abuja, afraid to return to their hometown because of the activities of violent groups allegedly terrorizing their communities. Something must be done immediately!

Every young Nigerian who answers the call to serve deserves to return home safely.
The tragic death of NYSC corps member Etimbuk Daniel at the orientation camp in Enugu State is deeply saddening. My thoughts are with his family and loved ones during this difficult time.
No young Nigerian should have to face avoidable risks to their life while serving our nation.
As President of the Senate, I consider the safety and welfare of our young people a matter of utmost importance. This is why the Senate has ordered a comprehensive investigation into the circumstances surrounding his death and the state of healthcare facilities across NYSC camps nationwide.
We must establish what went wrong, address any shortcomings and ensure that adequate medical care and emergency services are available to every corps member.
Building a better Nigeria begins with protecting the lives of those who have answered the call to serve our country.

Mr. President, Nigerians deserve more than promises. They deserve visible improvements in their daily lives.
A second term is not just something to ask for; it is an opportunity the people must evaluate based on leadership, accountability, and results.
The voices of the people matter. Their struggles matter. Their future matters.
Before asking Nigerians to renew your mandate, please give them convincing reasons to believe that better days are ahead.
God bless Nigeria. 🇳🇬

Have you noticed something about these big businessmen and business gurus?
😂
They will stand on a stage and tell you, 'Believe in yourself! Never give up! Wake up at 4 a.m.! Work hard! Be consistent!'
You will listen to them, and by the time they finish talking, you will feel like you can buy Dangote's refinery! 😂
But wait first! Who will tell us the other side of the story?
Who will tell you that sometimes, you need money to make money?
Who will tell you that connections matter?
That some people get opportunities because somebody recommended them? That some people can access millions in loans because they have collateral, guarantors, or people who trust them?
Who will tell you that some people started their businesses with financial support from their families, while others are struggling to save their first ₦50,000?
My people, motivation is good o! But motivation alone cannot pay your rent, buy your goods, or give you capital to start a business!
Yes, hard work matters. Discipline matters. Consistency matters.
But let's also be honest about access to capital, connections, mentorship, and opportunities.
So, when somebody tells you, 'I started from nothing,' don't just clap. Ask questions! What resources did you have? Who helped you? What opportunities came your way?
Because sometimes, the difference between the person who succeeds and the person who keeps struggling is not just hard work. It is also access to resources and opportunities.
My question is this, Are these business gurus teaching people how to succeed, or are they only teaching people how to stay motivated while struggling?
