"6 URINE COLORS YOU SHOULD NEVER IGNORE
Your Urine Could Be Warning You About Your Health!
Did you know that the color of your urine can sometimes reveal what's happening inside your body?
💛 Pale yellow: Usually a sign that you're well hydrated.
🟡 Dark yellow : You may need to drink more water.
🟠 Orange: Could be caused by certain medications, dehydration, or in some cases, liver or bile duct problems.
🔴 Pink or red: Sometimes caused by foods like beetroot, but it can also be a sign of blood in the urine and should be checked by a healthcare professional.
🟤 Brown: May be linked to severe dehydration, some medications, liver conditions, or muscle injury.
🟢🔵 Green or blue: Rare, but can occur due to certain medications, food dyes, or uncommon medical conditions.
WARNING: If you notice persistent changes in urine color, blood in your urine, pain during urination, a strong unusual smell, or fever, don't ignore it. Seek medical advice promptly.
Your body often gives warning signs before a serious illness develops. Paying attention could make all the difference.
Have you ever noticed a change in your urine color? What was the cause? Share your experience in the comments—you might help someone else.

Chapter 10: "The Greatest Regret"
(Final Chapter)
Early one Saturday morning, a black SUV stopped in front of Ngozi's tailoring academy.
She looked through the window.
Her heart skipped a beat.
It was Chinedu.
He stepped out of the car slowly.
Gone was the proud man who had once chased her and their daughters from his house.
His shoulders were bent.
His hair had turned gray.
His eyes were filled with regret.
When Ngozi walked outside, he couldn't even look her in the eye.
For a long moment, neither of them spoke.
Finally, Chinedu dropped to his knees.
"I'm sorry, Ngozi."
"I destroyed our family."
"I rejected the greatest blessings God ever gave me."
Tears rolled down his face.
"I blamed you for something that was never your fault. I allowed pride and ignorance to make me lose everything."
At that moment, their four daughters walked out of the building.
The doctor.
The engineer.
The lawyer.
The lecturer.
The same girls he once called a burden.
Chinedu looked at them and broke down completely.
"I don't deserve to call myself your father."
The eldest daughter, Dr. Chioma, stepped forward.
She gently helped him to his feet.
"Dad..."
"What you did hurt us deeply."
"But carrying bitterness forever will only keep hurting us."
"We choose to forgive you—not because you earned it, but because we refuse to let hatred define our lives."
Ngozi looked at her daughters with tears of gratitude.
They had become everything she had prayed for.
Not because life had been easy...
But because love, faith, hard work, and education had carried them through every storm.
Chinedu embraced his daughters one by one.
For the first time in many years, the family cried together.
Not tears of pain...
But tears of healing.
As the sun began to set, Mama Grace stood quietly nearby, smiling.
She whispered,
"Sometimes, God's greatest blessings don't arrive the way we expect. Sometimes, they arrive as daughters."
❤️ THE END ❤️
LESSON:
A child's value is never determined by gender. Boys and girls are equally precious. Scientifically, the father's sper-m determines the baby's biological segz, not the mother's body.
Every child deserves love, respect, education, and the chance to fulfill their potential. Families grow stronger when they value children for who they are—not for whether they are sons or daughters.

THE PRICE OF A SON
Chapter 9:
Years passed.
The four little girls who were once chased out of their father's house had grown into confident young women.
Ngozi never became rich overnight.
She became successful one faithful day at a time.
Her tailoring business expanded.
She trained young women who needed a fresh start, just as someone had once given her a chance.
Then came the day she had prayed for all her life.
Chioma graduated as a medical doctor.
Adaeze earned a degree in Civil Engineering with First Class Honors.
Somto was called to the Nigerian Bar as a lawyer.
And little Chiamaka completed her Master's degree and accepted a lecturing position at a university.
The town couldn't stop talking.
"Are these the same girls their father rejected?"
"Look at what they've become!"
News of their success eventually reached Chinedu.
His hair had turned gray.
The wealth he once boasted about was gone.
The son he had longed for had dropped out of school, become involved with bad company, and disappeared without telling anyone where he was.
For weeks, Chinedu searched for him in vain.
One evening, while sitting alone on his veranda, he looked at an old family photograph.
There was Ngozi...
And the four little girls he had once called a burden.
Tears filled his eyes.
For the first time in his life, he whispered,
"I threw away the greatest treasures God ever gave me."
That night, he couldn't sleep.
The next morning, he made a decision.
He would go and find Ngozi.
Not as the proud man he once was...
But as a broken man carrying years of regret.
Would she forgive him?
Or had he lost his family forever?

Chapter 8:
Months turned into years.
The tears that once soaked Ngozi's pillow were gradually replaced by determination.
She worked tirelessly at Mrs. Eze's tailoring shop.
She arrived before everyone else and was always the last to leave.
Her skill became known throughout the town.
Customers began asking for her by name.
Soon, Mrs. Eze promoted her to supervise the workshop.
With every salary she received, Ngozi paid her daughters' school fees, bought their books, and reminded them of one thing every morning.
«"No one can take away the education in your mind. Study hard, and let your character speak louder than your pain."»
Her daughters never forgot those words.
They consistently came home with excellent results.
One afternoon, Chioma, the eldest, rushed into the house waving a letter.
"Mummy! Mummy!"
"I've been awarded a full scholarship to study Medicine!"
Ngozi dropped the fabric she was sewing and hugged her tightly.
The other girls danced around the room with excitement.
Mama Grace stood in the corner, wiping tears from her eyes.
"I told you," she whispered, "God was only writing a new chapter."
Meanwhile, in Chinedu's house...
Things were falling apart.
Ada had still not given birth to the son everyone expected.
The pressure from relatives grew worse each day.
Arguments became a daily occurrence.
The peace Chinedu thought he would find had disappeared.
One evening, as he drove through the market, he caught sight of a familiar face.
Ngozi.
She stood confidently outside a busy tailoring shop, smiling as customers greeted her.
She looked stronger.
Happier.
More beautiful than the woman he had driven out years ago.
He slowed his car.
"Is that... Ngozi?"
For the first time since she left, Chinedu felt something he had never expected...
Regret.
But he was about to discover that some doors, once closed, don't open so easily.

Chapter 7
Ngozi followed Mama Grace to the small tailoring shop with a heart full of hope.
As they entered, the shop owner, Mrs. Eze, looked up from her sewing machine.
"This is the woman I told you about," Mama Grace said. "She's hardworking and honest. She just needs a chance."
Mrs. Eze studied Ngozi for a moment.
"Have you sewn clothes before?"
Ngozi nodded.
"Yes. My mother taught me when I was young. I stopped after I got married because my husband didn't want me to work."
Mrs. Eze smiled.
"Then show me what you can do."
With trembling hands, Ngozi sat behind an old sewing machine.
She measured, cut, and stitched a simple gown with remarkable skill.
When she finished, Mrs. Eze held it up and smiled.
"This is excellent."
Ngozi held her breath.
"I'll give you the job."
Tears rolled down Ngozi's cheeks.
"Thank you... Thank you so much."
Mrs. Eze handed her an envelope.
"Your first week's salary is an advance. Buy food for your daughters. Every child deserves to sleep with a full stomach."
Ngozi could barely speak.
She rushed home with bags of rice, beans, vegetables, and fresh fruit.
When the girls saw the food, they jumped with excitement.
"Mummy! Are we really eating all this?"
Ngozi laughed through her tears.
"Yes, my loves. God has remembered us."
That night, as they gathered around the table, Mama Grace watched them with a grateful heart.
For the first time in many weeks, the house echoed with laughter instead of crying.
But far away, Chinedu received shocking news.
Someone told him,
"The woman you chased away... she's doing well."
He laughed proudly.
"She'll soon come begging."
He had no idea...
Ngozi was no longer the broken woman he had thrown out.
She was becoming stronger every single day.
And one day, he would deeply regret the choice he made.

Chapter 6: "The Stranger God Sent"
The elderly woman listened without interrupting.
When Ngozi finished speaking, tears filled the woman's eyes.
"My daughter," she said softly, "you and these children will not sleep outside tonight."
Ngozi could hardly believe what she had heard.
"Mama... you don't even know us."
The woman smiled warmly.
"I don't need to know your name before showing you kindness."
She introduced herself as Mama Grace, a retired schoolteacher who lived alone after losing her husband several years earlier.
She led Ngozi and the girls to her modest home.
It wasn't luxurious, but it was clean, peaceful, and filled with love.
That night, the girls enjoyed a warm meal for the first time in days.
After eating, they quickly fell asleep on soft mattresses.
Ngozi stood at the doorway, watching them.
For the first time since being thrown out of her home, she saw peace on their faces.
She quietly wiped away her tears.
"Mama Grace... I don't know how to thank you."
The elderly woman gently held her hand.
"Don't thank me."
"One day, when life smiles on you again, help someone else."
Those words settled deep in Ngozi's heart.
The next morning, before sunrise, Mama Grace found Ngozi already sweeping the compound.
"My daughter," she said, "I know a woman who owns a small tailoring shop. She's looking for someone hardworking."
Ngozi's eyes lit up.
"You think she'll give me a chance?"
Mama Grace smiled.
"I believe God didn't bring you here to end your story."
As they prepared to leave for the interview, neither of them noticed a black car parked across the street.
Inside sat someone who had been watching Ngozi from a distance.
Someone from her past.
Someone she never expected to see again.

Chapter 5:
The sun had already set.
Ngozi had nowhere to go.
With one small bag on her shoulder and her youngest daughter asleep in her arms, she walked aimlessly through the streets.
Her three older girls dragged their feet behind her, exhausted and hungry.
They finally reached a small park.
Ngozi sat on an old wooden bench and held her daughters close.
No one spoke.
The youngest woke up and whispered,
"Mummy... I'm hungry."
Ngozi searched her bag.
There was only one bottle of water and two biscuits.
She broke the biscuits into tiny pieces and shared them among her daughters.
When the youngest offered her own piece back to her mother, she smiled weakly.
"Mummy, you eat too."
Ngozi shook her head.
"I'm not hungry."
But she hadn't eaten since morning.
As darkness covered the city, the girls rested their heads on their mother's lap and slowly fell asleep.
Ngozi remained awake.
She looked up at the sky, tears rolling down her cheeks.
"Lord... I don't understand why this is happening to us."
"I have nowhere to go."
"I have nothing left."
"But please... don't let my daughters lose hope because of me."
Just then, an elderly woman walking home from evening prayers noticed them.
She stopped.
"My daughter... why are your children sleeping outside at this hour?"
Ngozi tried to hide her tears.
"It's a long story, Mama."
The woman sat beside her.
"Then tell me."
For the first time since she was chased out of her home, someone cared enough to ask.
Ngozi took a deep breath...
And began to tell her story.
She had no idea that this simple conversation would change the lives of her daughters forever.
