🗣️ Harry Maguire on conceding from a set-piece: "You can't question the togetherness, the spirit, the fight. This is a tough place to come. Leeds have been flying in the league.

When you come to places like this, you can't be beaten on set plays, and we conceded a set play which got them back in the game.

To concede a set-piece after half-time is disappointing. We had to dig in.

We got a foothold at about 70 minutes and probably looked the more likely to go and win it, but a draw is probably fair."

Michael Carrick: "You look at the midfield with Carlos [Baleba] and Andrey [Santos], that's a pretty fresh spine of the team through that middle of the pitch.

Both young players adapting to life at this football club, and I thought both of them were terrific today.

I thought they both did really well in midweek. So that's a massive positive for us."

🗣️ Michael Carrick: "It definitely was [a step in the RIGHT DIRECTION]. If there's any weakness, it gets found out today.

I could feel before the game that the players were ready for it. It wasn't perfect. Our confidence isn't sky-high, but the players were trying to do the right things.

In moments, we looked really good. Defended really well as a team."

Should Carrick be SACKED? 👀

🚨🔴 Manchester United are now 𝐖𝐈𝐍𝐋𝐄𝐒𝐒 in their last 6 matches ❌

They are also 𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐲𝐞𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐤𝐞𝐞𝐩 a clean sheet in the Premier League this season ‼️

Disappointing result again.

I believed we can do something with this line up.

Line up for today.

Hope we can achieve something great today.

🚨 Michael Carrick on Man United job and being under pressure: “This is the best job I could possibly have”.

“I feel a real privilege of being in this position and a real responsibility, but equally a drive of wanting to make a difference and having success here”.
